OZLAVERDA was a term first created to host the YouTube channel "The Perfect Corner" and is the channel for the motorcycle adventures of all types featuring CJ.

The team was first started by myslef and CJ to promote racing Laverda's, the intention was and still is to encourage as many Laverda's as possible to re-enter the classic racing scene in a co-ordinated manner under one team promoting the Orange beasts from Breganze.

First cab off the rank was to identify a suitable race bike package and after visiting Mallory Park Festival of 1000 bikes in 2007, I came across Piero Laverda's latest project. Piero had undertaken to create a low volume additional batch of Spaceframe kits as a continuation of the original factory race frames built in 1974/5 for endurance events.

Frame No.11 was procured and built up into a race spec bike to qualify for Period 5 Forgotten Era racing in Australia and New Zealand.

Sourcing the Laverda Spaceframe kit from Piero Laverda was a very rewarding experience as CJ and I had planned a Laverda pilgrimmage trip around Europe. Part of that trip was filmed and became Euro Series 2 of The Perfect Corner The Perfect Corner Series 2 Euro 2008 Playlist

There were many highlights on this trip but with out doubt the hospitality and time spent with the Laverda family when we picked up the Spaceframe in Italy was the pinnacle of the trip.
